Lara’s new moves, like wall-jumping and enhanced climbing, make navigating ancient ruins more dynamic than ever. The game introduces a sonar map for improved navigation, and players can request contextual hints from Lara herself to keep the momentum going.

Departing from previous titles, Underworld removes quick-time events entirely. Instead, time slows down during key moments while you maintain full control, allowing for more immersive and precise gameplay. With more open-ended level design reminiscent of earlier series entries, Tomb Raider: Underworld is both a thrilling conclusion and a return to roots.
