How do I track my order?
Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. We use a variety of trusted courier services depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout, so you'll always be able to monitor your parcel every step of the way.
Can you help me build a custom gaming PC?
While we don’t offer a custom PC builder directly through our website, we do provide a custom PC build service on request. You can browse our selection of ready-built gaming PCs online, or contact us directly with your requirements and budget for a custom build quote.
If you accept the quote, payment will be required in full before we begin the build. Once complete, we'll arrange delivery and provide you with a formal invoice and warranty—just like any purchase made through our store. All custom builds are handled with the same care and support as our standard products.
Are all your products in stock and ready to ship?
Not all items are immediately in stock, but we always aim to dispatch your order in as little time as possible. Each product page clearly states whether an item is physically in-store or needs to be ordered from a supplier.
- In-store items usually dispatch within 1–3 business days.
- Supplier-order items need to arrive at our store first before they can be shipped out, which may take 5–15 business days, depending on the supplier.

Do you offer warranties on consoles or accessories?
Yes, we do. All our consoles and accessories come with a warranty—the duration depends on whether the item is new or pre-owned:
- New consoles typically include a 1-year warranty
- Pre-owned consoles come with a 6-month warranty
If a product has a different warranty period, it will be clearly stated on its product page. We stand by the quality of our products and are happy to assist with any warranty-related queries.
