We repair a wide range of devices, including:
- Xbox Series, Xbox One, Xbox 360
- PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3
❌ Please note: We currently do not repair Nintendo consoles or PSPs.
How It Works
- Assessment Fee – R250
A non-refundable assessment fee of R250 is payable upfront. Your device will be sent to our expert repair agent to diagnose the issue. - Assessment Timeline
The assessment can take up to 30 days, depending on the fault, parts availability, and courier timing. We’ll contact you once we have the technician's report. - Get a Repair Quote
After assessment, you’ll receive a repair quote valid for 7 days.
- If accepted: the R250 is deducted from the final cost.
- If declined: the R250 remains non-refundable. - Payment & Repair Completion
Repairs must be paid in full before we release your item. EFT payments may take up to 48 hours to clear.
Drop-Off or Courier Option
You can drop off your device in-store or send it via courier (at your cost). Once repaired, we can send it back to you via courier, with the added time and courier fees factored in.

Collection Timeframe
Once your repair is complete, you’ll be notified that it’s ready for collection.
Devices must be collected within 90 days, or they may be sold to recover costs. A valid job card and ID are required for collection.
Important Warranty & Data Info
- 3-Month Warranty
All repairs come with a 3-month warranty on parts and workmanship.
This warranty is void if the device is tampered with, physically damaged after repair, or affected by water, malware, or electrical issues. - No Responsibility for Data Loss
Repairs may involve formatting or replacing storage components.
Please back up your data before bringing or sending in your device — we are not liable for data loss of any kind.
