Shipping Policy

We Deliver Nationwide! No matter where you are in South Africa, you can safely purchase from Cyber Skoobz directly on our website. 

Delivery times vary from item to item and generally take between 3 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to dispatch. There may be unforeseen delays due to various circumstances (please refer to our terms of service).

 

Standard delivery – All orders are shipped when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.

Extra Shipping – Should you wish to have us send items separately for any reason, each shipping interval will be charged separately to the buyer. 

Once an order is dispatched by Cyber Skoobz, it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order. Cyber Skoobz is not responsible for any issues caused as a result of unsuccessful deliveries or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order. Where a customer has not been available to receive their order, it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.

Please note:

Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change. This is often due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. All delivery dates on pre-orders are therefore subject to change. Please note that this is a common occurrence.

Prices on pre-orders are subject to change when the items arrive, and can be amended before orders are dispatched. In order to secure a pre-order, the payment in full is required. This payment is non-refundable.

When can I expect my package to arrive once dispatched?

Courier - 1-5 business days. Delivery times are beyond the control of Cyber Skoobz once dispatched with our courier partners of choice. This may be due to delays and/or the area in which your parcel is being delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive communication which includes tracking information on your parcel. It is your responsibility as the buyer to track your order and follow up with the courier should you miss the delivery. 

QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS 

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified of any changes.

 

Courier limitations

Our courier partners do not deliver to mines, embassies or informal settlements. For customers who are affected by these limitations, we have made the option for Postnet-to-Postnet available. This option comes at an additional fee but allows for you to collect your parcel at a Postnet branch of your choice.

 

International Shipping

Please note that Cyber Skoobz does not offer delivery to jurisdictions outside of the borders of South Africa. We reserve the right to cancel any orders made which falls outside of South Africa.

 

Collection

Cyber Skoobz offers all customers the option to collect their orders directly from our store. This option is free of charge but is available only during our store’s operating hours (please see operating hours). Cyber Skoobz reserves the right to obtain the buyers identification details (in the form of ID, passport or drivers license) in order to ensure that the parcel is being delivered to the correct person upon collection of your order. We reserve the right to withhold your order should this not be adhered to.
